De Novo Digital recognise that websites, images, animations and other products require tweaking periodically in order to evolve with changing client demands and that the extent of such modifications may not be known at the outset.

Advantage Hours allow you to target specific needs and De Novo Digital will assess how many hours will be needed to address that issue, be it maintenance, upgrading or functional modifications.

Pre-booked hours take priority over existing workload and enable you to redeem a maximum of 4 hours (more if workload permits) in any given week allowing you to resolve that unexpected emergency or urgent job.

Advantage hours cannot be purchased in place of a quotation if you are a new client or when starting a new project.

Unused hours get banked for future use!
